Just a quick note on how my experience with Chris and Land Run Capital went. I had received many letters offering to purchase my property over the years but had never given them much thought (due to scams and such). When I received the offer letter from Chris I was actually looking to sell my properties (2 10-acre lots in NE Nevada) so l decided to get in touch with them and see what it was all about.
I actually received a call from Aryanna (Intake Coordinator/Assistant to Chris) who was not just knowledgeable about the selling/buying process but was very understanding about my unease and worry concerning scams and such. I had a few more questions and concerns and received a call from Chris the next day answering all those questions.
Long story short, the entire process was quick and painless (less than a month). To address my concerns about scams Chris suggested the use of a mobile notary to act as the intermediary for the payment and signing the appropriate paperwork.
This worked out fine and as I type this review the check has been deposited and the signed deeds are on their way to Chris. I can't speak for all individuals/companies that buy property but my experience with Chris and Land Run Capital was nothing but the best (including a very nice price for the two lots).
